Highgrove House

Highgrove House provides personal care to up to 43 older people, some living with dementia or physical disabilities. The home is set over two floors with communal areas and garden access for residents and visitors.

Staff knew people well and kept them safe, with sufficient staffing levels to meet residents' needs. A relative said their loved one was "well looked after" and praised the carers as "brilliant." The home assessed and monitored risks to people's health and environmental safety. An area for improvement was identified regarding the management of some medicines.
