Staff knew people well and kept them safe, with sufficient staffing levels to meet residents' needs. A relative said their loved one was "well looked after" and praised the carers as "brilliant. " The home assessed and monitored risks to people's health and environmental safety.

An area for improvement was identified regarding the management of some medicines.
