Weston Favell Houses is a small care home providing accommodation, nursing, rehabilitation and personal care for up to five people. The CQC rated the service Good overall, finding a positive, open culture of safety, effective medicines management and enough staff to meet people's needs, supported by a multi-disciplinary team including nursing, physiotherapy and psychology input.

Inspectors found leaders were capable and compassionate, with people, relatives and staff all speaking highly of the registered manager and describing kind, respectful care. Some care plans, risk assessments, training compliance and governance processes needed strengthening, though improvement work was already underway by the end of the assessment.
