Westfield House is a residential home in Dereham, Norfolk, registered for up to 12 adults with learning disabilities and autism. The CQC assessed the service after concerns were raised about a poor workplace culture, and found it was performing well overall and meeting expected standards.

Inspectors found a clean, well maintained environment with personalised bedrooms and an extended communal area. Care plans were up to date and people attended routine appointments. The culture concerns had been fully investigated, with lessons learned and new policies introduced to improve accountability and staff wellbeing.
