SENSE Holmlea

Sense Holmlea is a residential care home providing care and support for up to six people with learning disabilities and sensory impairments, some of whom also have physical disabilities. At inspection, five people were living there.

The service was safe and people were protected from harm. Staff demonstrated knowledge of safeguarding adults from abuse and understood how to report concerns. Risks to residents were assessed and their safety was monitored and managed, with minimal restrictions imposed on their daily lives.
