Clarendon Lodge

Clarendon Lodge provides accommodation and personal care to older people and those living with dementia, currently supporting 21 residents out of its capacity of 40. People feel safe in the home, with staff demonstrating strong knowledge of safeguarding procedures and when to report concerns. Risk assessments identify individual support needs, and professionals are referred appropriately. The home learns from incidents, implementing changes and sharing outcomes with staff to improve practice.

Medicines are administered safely by skilled staff, and infection prevention control measures are consistently followed with appropriate use of personal protective equipment. Staff receive focused training linked to residents' specific needs, with an independent person testing their knowledge to ensure competency. The home supports people with their dietary requirements, ensuring their nutritional needs are met.
