Westerlands Care Village

Westerlands Care Village comprises two buildings—Elloughton House and Brough Lodge, with Brough Lodge divided into three separate units, each with communal areas. The service provides personal and nursing care to people aged 65 and above, including those living with dementia and people with physical disabilities, supporting up to 62 residents.

The quality and safety of the service has improved significantly. Staff demonstrate skill and knowledge in managing risks to people's safety and wellbeing. Residents receive their medicines safely and as prescribed, and the building and equipment are well-maintained, with redecoration work underway.
