Lola's House Residential Home Limited

Lola's House is a residential care home providing personal care to up to 32 people. At inspection, 15 people were using the service. The home assessed risks and monitored safety, though two recently admitted residents had incomplete risk records and the fire safety grab bag contained outdated information. The registered manager rectified these issues immediately after inspection was raised.

Safeguarding systems and processes were developed, implemented and communicated to staff. Staff received training and understood their responsibilities. The home maintained appropriate records and documentation to support the care provided to residents.
