Westergate House

Westergate House provides residential care for up to 84 younger and older people, including those with dementia, sensory impairments, physical disabilities and mental health support needs. All staff have received up to date infection prevention and control training, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Staff receive regular testing and wear appropriate PPE throughout the home, with additional protective equipment used during personal care tasks in line with current guidance. The deputy manager demonstrated strong awareness of infection control protocols across the service.
