Westall House

Westall House is a residential care home providing accommodation and care for up to 22 older people, including those living with dementia. The home has two floors with communal spaces including a dining room and lounge areas. At the time of inspection there were 21 residents living at the home.

Since the previous inspection, the registered manager and provider had implemented continual improvements throughout the service. The home received a 'house of the year' award from the provider and an external national nomination for the activities coordinator. These efforts resulted in the service being rated Outstanding at this inspection, an improvement from the previous Good rating.
