This was the first inspection under a new provider, and inspectors found a well-run, person-centred service.

Staff were found to be kind, skilled and attentive, delivering care that reflected each person's preferences and goals. Risks were well managed, staffing levels were sufficient, and leaders fostered an open, supportive culture. People told inspectors they felt safe, valued and able to pursue activities that mattered to them.
