The service maintains robust infection control procedures for visitors, including health screening, temperature checks on arrival, and provision of handwashing facilities and personal protective equipment. Staff ensure visitors have access to alcohol gel and follow strict safety protocols.

During the summer months, the service organised garden visits and socially distanced gatherings at local parks and leisure amenities for residents and their families. These visits were pre-arranged with set timings, enabling residents to maintain meaningful connections with loved ones while adhering to safety measures.
