ABI Homes - Roman House

Roman House is a care home for autistic people and people with a learning disability. The CQC rated the service Good overall, finding that previous concerns about governance had been resolved. Medicines were managed safely, records were up to date, and the environment and infection control practices met expectations.

Inspectors found staff knew people well and responded promptly to their needs, promoting independence, choice and dignity. Care was person-centred and flexible, reflecting individual preferences. Leaders fostered an open, supportive culture, and families reported feeling involved and well informed about their relatives' care.
