Rosewood Care Home accommodates up to 35 older people and those living with dementia, with 32 residents at the time of inspection. The single-storey, purpose-built facility provides personal care and accommodation as an integrated service.

While some improvements were noted, inspectors identified ongoing concerns. There was insufficient oversight of legionella and safe water system management, and monitoring of staff recruitment processes remained inconsistent. However, the provider maintained systems for safe medicine management, and staff received training in recognising and responding to safeguarding concerns appropriately.
