The CQC found the service has improved and is now rated Good overall, having moved on from previous concerns about premises safety and governance. Inspectors found staff assessed risks well, medicines were managed safely, and there were enough trained staff to meet people's needs.

The CQC found leadership to be open, person centred and transparent, with effective systems for oversight and safeguarding. Relatives praised the care provided, describing staff as knowledgeable and attentive, and said people were treated with dignity, involved in decisions, and supported to access other professionals when needed.
