West Bank Residential Home

West Bank Residential Home provides personal care for up to 42 people, including older adults, those living with dementia, people with physical disabilities, and younger adults. At inspection, 39 people were using the service.

People, their relatives, and staff spoke positively about the care provided. The home had effective safeguarding systems in place, with staff understanding what actions to take to protect people from harm or abuse. Residents received their medicines as prescribed, and the premises were clean. Staff supported people to have maximum choice and control over their lives, providing care in the least restrictive way possible through policies and systems that promoted this approach.
