Chepstow House

Chepstow House is a residential care home providing personal care and accommodation for up to 12 older and younger people, including those living with dementia, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, sensory impairments or physical disabilities. The CQC carried out this assessment after concerns were raised about staff practice and safeguarding, and found the service was performing well.

Inspectors found people felt safe and happy, and relatives felt kept informed about their loved one's care. There were no concerns about medicines management, and people knew who to raise concerns with. The service was rated Good overall.
