Ross Court Care Home

Ross Court Care Home provides accommodation and personal care for up to 42 older people, including those living with dementia. At inspection, 23 people were using the service.

Residents felt safe at the home. Staff had received safeguarding training and understood when and how to report concerns. The service maintained safe recruitment practices and had sufficient staffing levels to provide safe care. Staff contacted health professionals promptly when residents' health needs changed and followed good infection control practices. A programme of refurbishment was underway throughout the home.
