Rosedale Retirement Home

Rosedale Retirement Home provides personal care for up to 24 people aged 65 and over, with 15 residents living there at the time of inspection. The home had experienced significant management changes over two years that negatively affected service provision. The current management team has implemented systems to address previously identified concerns, and improvements in care standards have been made. However, the new systems and processes still need time to become fully embedded and sustained in everyday practice.

Some aspects of the physical environment require further improvement to adequately promote residents' privacy and dignity.
