Wellington Grange

Wellington Grange provides personal and nursing care to up to 76 older people and younger adults, with 60 residents at the time of inspection. The home is arranged over three floors, with nursing care provided on the second floor, and features three passenger lifts and an accessible garden.

Staff knew residents well and delivered personalised care. One resident said, "It's lovely here. It's as good as it could be." People felt in control of their care and reported a good quality of life. Risks were properly assessed and managed, and medicines were administered safely. However, the provider's quality monitoring systems had not identified some inconsistent practices and inaccurate records, an area requiring improvement. The provider confirmed taking action to address these issues following the inspection.
