The CQC found the service continued to meet expectations, rated Good overall, led by an experienced registered manager with strong oversight and governance.

Inspectors found risks were managed well, staffing levels were sufficient, and recruitment was safe. People felt protected from harm, were treated with dignity and involved in planning their own care. Residents described staff as kind and compassionate, and the home as clean, accessible and well maintained.
