Marriott House & Lodge

Marriott House and Lodge provides nursing and residential care for up to 119 people with various health conditions, including dementia and sensory impairment. The large converted care home is located in Chichester, West Sussex, and had 65 residents on the day of inspection.

People were happy with their care and felt relaxed with staff, describing them as kind and supportive. Residents reported feeling safe and believed there were enough staff to meet their needs. One person said, "They are all very kind to me and they make sure I'm happy. They are good people." Inspectors observed friendly relationships between residents and staff, with people appearing content and well cared for.
