Wellcross Grange Care Home

Wellcross Grange Care Home provides nursing care and support for up to 45 people, many of whom live with dementia or the frailties of old age. At the time of inspection, 32 people were living at the home.

The provider, registered manager and staff demonstrated exceptional commitment to enabling people to live well with dementia and maintain dignity in older age. People received outstandingly high-quality care that met and exceeded their needs. The provider had developed innovative and effective systems that promoted people's health and improved their wellbeing.
