Welbourn Hall Nursing Home

Welbourn Hall provides nursing care to 26 residents aged 65 and over, including those living with dementia. The 40-bed home is divided into two areas—The Hall and the Willows—spread across two floors.

During inspection, auditors identified concerns with medicines management. Although the home had recently introduced an electronic system with new audits and checks, people had not consistently received their prescribed medicines as intended. This represented a significant gap between the updated processes and their practical application in care delivery.
