Waxham House

Waxham House accommodates up to 20 older people with personal care needs, including those living with cognitive impairment. All 20 registered places were occupied at inspection.

Staff were observed to be kind and caring, with good understanding of residents' individual likes, dislikes and preferences. People expressed happiness with their living arrangements and felt safe at the home. Recruitment practices were robust with sufficient staffing levels to meet residents' needs. People received their medicines as prescribed, and the home maintained effective infection control practices and safeguards against avoidable harm.
