People and their family members gave positive feedback, describing staff as kind and caring. Inspectors observed positive communication between staff and residents, and the home's atmosphere was described as warm and homely. Activities suited to people's interests and abilities were provided and promoted their health and well-being.

Residents reported feeling safe, with appropriate systems in place to protect people from risk.
