Waterside Court Care Home

Waterside Court is a residential care home providing care for up to 70 older people in a purpose-built building across three floors, though only the ground and first floors were in use during inspection. The home currently accommodates 23 residents, some living with dementia. Residents are supported to maintain meaningful relationships with families and the community, with access to a variety of activities that meet individual needs and prevent social isolation. The committed and experienced staff team ensures people can lead purposeful, full lives.

The home maintains safe recruitment processes aligned with its values, and staff are trained to identify and report concerns. Risks to residents' safety and wellbeing are managed through established processes, with sufficient staffing deployed to meet people's needs. Medicines are managed safely and administered as prescribed.
