Cleeve Lodge

Cleeve Lodge is a residential care home providing personal care to 21 people aged 65 and over. The CQC rated it Outstanding overall, highlighting exceptionally compassionate, person-centred care and strong support for people's health and wellbeing. Inspectors found care plans clear and well-informed, staff knowledgeable about people's needs, and effective working relationships with GPs and other healthcare professionals.

Staffing levels were safe, recruitment and training were sound, and medications were managed effectively. A wide range of activities, including music, pet therapy and creative arts, was offered and valued by residents. Some minor gaps were found in audit documentation, though this did not affect the quality of care people received.

Relatives consistently described feeling confident their loved ones were safe and well cared for.
