The Coombe House

The Coombe House provides personal care for up to 24 people, currently supporting 20 residents with needs related to old age. The service offers 20 single occupancy rooms and two double bedrooms spread across two storeys and attached annexes.

Residents receive strong support from staff to maintain contact with family and friends through telephone and internet. The service facilitates in-person visits in ways that minimise infection risk, including outdoor visits and use of patio doors in ground floor rooms. Staff enabled residents to stay connected with their loved ones while maintaining appropriate safeguards during the inspection period.
