Waters Edge Care Home

Water's Edge Care Home is a residential care home providing personal care to older people, including those with physical disabilities, mental health conditions and dementia. It is set in one adapted building over two floors. The CQC found the service was performing well overall and rated it Good.

Inspectors found people felt safe and well cared for, with risks around mobility, skin integrity and continence managed appropriately. Staff monitored health needs closely and escalated concerns to medical professionals when necessary. The registered manager and provider maintained good oversight, allowing safeguarding issues to be identified and addressed effectively.
