Water's Edge Care Home is a residential care home providing personal care to older people, including those with physical disabilities, mental health conditions and dementia. It is set in one adapted building over two floors. The CQC found the service was performing well overall and rated it Good.

Inspectors found people felt safe and well cared for, with risks around mobility, skin integrity and continence managed appropriately. Staff monitored health needs closely and escalated concerns to medical professionals when necessary. The registered manager and provider maintained good oversight, allowing safeguarding issues to be identified and addressed effectively.

Water’s Edge Care Home is a residential care home providing personal care to older people. The service provides support to people with physical disabilities, mental health conditions and people living with dementia. The care home accommodates people in 1 adapted building over 2 floors. The assessment was completed on 11 March 2024. One inspector undertook a site visit on 28 and 29 February 2024. We found people were safe and risks to them were managed safely at the home. The registered manager and provider had significant oversight which enabled safeguarding concerns and risks to be escalated effectively and appropriate action taken when there were concerns.
