Housing 21 - The Watermill

The Watermill is a care home accommodating up to 40 people with dementia across four separate houses within one adapted building. At the time of inspection, 37 people were using the service. The home provides both accommodation and nursing or personal care as an integrated package.

Inspectors found the service to be outstanding, representing a significant improvement from the previous good rating. All residents were living with dementia and receiving support within the home's specialized environment.
