Waterloo House Rest Home Limited

Waterloo House provides personal care to 40 people aged 65 and over, with 36 residents living there at the time of inspection, some with dementia. Residents reported being very happy and praised the staff as "lovely," while relatives commended the caring and kind approach that made the home feel friendly and welcoming. All residents and relatives spoken with felt the home was safe and comfortable.

Medicines are managed safely with systems in place to ensure this continues. The home assesses and minimises risks to people's health and safety, and maintains sufficient staffing levels to ensure residents receive care and support whenever needed.
