Crofton Court

Crofton Court accommodates up to 50 people, providing personal care without nursing. At inspection, 38 residents were living there. People and relatives described the service as safe, with accidents and incidents properly recorded and used to prevent future occurrences. Building and safety checks, including fire safety measures, were completed regularly. Staff were praised as kind, caring and friendly, with one relative commenting, "All of these carers have a great sense of humour mixed with an incredible sense of caring for everyone. I really don't know how they do their job, day after day."

Medicines were managed safely and sufficient staff were employed to meet residents' needs. The home operated a secure recruitment system. People were supported to make choices about their lives, with staff using the least restrictive approaches in their best interests. Robust monitoring processes helped maintain service standards.
