Relatives praised the service highly, highlighting excellent communication from staff who phoned daily during the pandemic. They noted the vibrant social life provided, with residents attending shows, pantomimes and dining out. One relative commented, "The staff are fabulous it's like a family" and praised the home as "nippin' clean," while another said "I can't sing their praises enough they are wonderful.
