About Waterbeach Lodge
Waterbeach Lodge provides residential care to 27 people across three floors, with capacity for up to 46 residents. One floor specialises in dementia care. Staff demonstrate strong knowledge of the people they support and use this understanding to guide their care approach. Since the previous inspection, the home has improved its infection prevention and control practices in line with government guidance, helping to reduce the risk of cross contamination. Organisational oversight within the service has also strengthened, providing better support for staff.
