Staff were trained and knowledgeable about safeguarding, effectively protecting people from harm and identifying potential abuse. Medicines were administered safely overall, though some records needed completion. Risks to residents were well identified and managed. The home had sufficient staff who were safely recruited and responsive to people's needs, with staff learning from incidents when things went wrong.
