Fitzwilliam House Care Home

Fitzwilliam House provides personal care for up to 40 older people, some with dementia. The two-storey home has two self-contained units, each with bedrooms, lounge and dining areas, a kitchenette and bathrooms. During the inspection visit, 25 residents were living at the home.

The service implements robust infection control measures. All visitors have their temperature taken upon entry and wear full personal protective equipment including face visors. Staff similarly wear complete PPE when supporting residents, regardless of COVID-19 status, ensuring consistent protection across the home.
