Garden visits were pre-booked and carefully managed, with visitors sanitizing hands, wearing face masks, and maintaining social distance. The service implemented robust infection control measures including health screening forms, temperature checks, and provision of personal protective equipment for all visitors, alongside enhanced cleaning schedules and access to handwashing facilities and hand sanitiser.
