Maeres House is a purpose-built service accommodating up to eight people with acquired brain injuries, including those with complex physical disabilities. At inspection, five people were living at the service. Staffing levels are sufficient to meet residents' needs, with safe recruitment procedures in place.

Staff have completed training in acquired brain injury care and all mandatory training for their roles, with regular refreshers provided. They demonstrate a good understanding of safeguarding procedures and know how to raise concerns appropriately. Before admission, people's needs are thoroughly assessed and they are fully involved in developing their care plans and risk assessments.

The service maintains a good overall rating.
