People were happy with the care provided and felt safe living there. The home had effective systems in place to protect residents from abuse, with staff trained in safeguarding and knowledgeable about responding to allegations.

Medicines were stored and managed safely, administered in a timely manner that respected people's preferences. Staffing levels were adequate to ensure people received safe, timely care.
