Waltham House

Waltham House provides personal and nursing care for up to 40 people, with 31 residents living at the home at the time of inspection. People were happy with the care provided and felt safe living there. The home had effective systems in place to protect residents from abuse, with staff trained in safeguarding and knowledgeable about responding to allegations. Medicines were stored and managed safely, administered in a timely manner that respected people's preferences. Staffing levels were adequate to ensure people received safe, timely care.
