Meadowcare Home

Meadowcare Home provides nursing and personal care for up to 34 older people, with 32 residents living there at the time of inspection. Residents expressed contentment with their care, with one volunteer describing feeling "very safe" during visits. A relative valued the visiting arrangements, saying "The visits are really important to both of us. I am grateful we can visit."

The home had clear visitor protocols in place, including temperature checks, PPE requirements, and negative lateral flow COVID-19 test results before entry. Residents did not express concerns about staff wearing masks as part of these safety measures.
