Walsingham Support - 49 Essex Park

This six-bedded care home for people with learning disabilities supports residents to access health and social care in the community whilst maintaining their wellbeing. Staff communicate with people in ways that meet their individual needs and ensure the environment is safe. Residents receive support to have maximum choice and control over their lives, with staff working in the least restrictive way possible and in their best interests.

Before moving to the service, people's needs are appropriately assessed. The home's policies and systems support practices that promote dignity, respect and independence for all residents.
