The CQC rated the service Requires Improvement overall, though staff were found to be kind, respectful and skilled, building positive relationships and supporting people's independence and interests. People and relatives spoke positively about their quality of life and involvement in decisions.

Inspectors found shortfalls in safe care and governance, including unsafe disposal of medicines and inconsistent quality assurance systems that failed to identify problems. Staffing levels were adequate and recruitment was mostly safe, but a breach of legal regulation relating to governance was identified. The provider has been asked for an action plan.
