Attleborough Grange

Attleborough Grange provides accommodation and personal care for up to 32 older people, some living with dementia. The home operates across two floors with four households, offering residents their own bedrooms, communal lounges and dining areas, and an outside garden. At inspection, 28 people were living at the service.

The home demonstrates momentum for improvement, with previous regulatory breaches now addressed. Management has systems to audit quality and incorporates identified improvements into a service improvement plan. Staff recruitment is safe and team members understand safeguarding procedures. However, some quality checks need to be more robust, particularly medication audits and reviews of care and risk management plans. While risks to residents' health and well-being are identified with detailed staff guidance, these risks are not always managed consistently in line with individual care plans.
