Lupin House

Lupin House is a small residential care home in the suburbs of Nuneaton providing accommodation and personal care to up to four autistic people and people with a learning disability. The service is situated within walking distance of local amenities. At inspection, the home was at full capacity with four residents. Staff supported people to have maximum choice and control over their lives, using the least restrictive practices while promoting independence. Residents were encouraged to engage in meaningful activities both within the home and in their local community.

Staff demonstrated a commitment to promoting people's dignity, privacy and human rights during daily care. The service's policies and systems supported person-centred practice, enabling people to live the lives they wanted to live and pursue their social interests. Staff actively encouraged residents to maintain independence while providing the necessary support they needed.
