Walsham Grange

Walsham Grange provides residential care and accommodation to up to 75 older people, some living with dementia. At inspection, 50 people were using the service. The home is spread over two levels with various shared living areas including a quiet lounge, conservatory and dining room, along with shared bathing facilities on each floor. Some bedrooms have ensuite facilities.

The provider had recently reviewed quality assurance processes to drive improvement in the standard of care. Relatives gave mixed feedback about staffing levels, though a recruitment drive was underway with several new staff joining the team. Safe recruitment processes were in place.
