Rose Meadow

Rose Meadow is a residential care home providing care to 37 older people, with 34 residents living there at inspection. Staff demonstrated strong safeguarding knowledge and understood how to report concerns about abuse. Risk assessments were thorough and personalised, allowing people to maintain their freedom while staying safe. The home maintained sufficient staffing levels, with robust recruitment procedures in place, and ensured staff were properly trained in medicines administration and management. Medicines were stored and administered safely throughout the service.

Residents were well supported with nutrition, enjoying their meals and having choice over menu options to maintain a balanced diet. Overall, the service was safe and people were effectively protected from harm while their individual needs were met.
