About The Manor House

The Manor House is a residential care home in Norfolk, providing personal care for older people. The findings below set out the CQC's most recent observations of the service.

The Manor House provides personal care for up to 48 people aged 65 and over. Staff have received safeguarding training and understand their responsibilities for keeping people safe. The service maintains safe recruitment practices and people receive their medicines as prescribed by trained staff.

Individual care needs have been identified and planned for, with assessments in place to manage environmental risks. The service maintains good cleanliness standards and staff observe proper infection prevention and control practices.

However, staff were not adequately deployed during busy times such as mealtimes, which could impact the quality of care delivery during these periods.
