Residents spoke positively about the home, describing it as friendly and welcoming, with good food choices and enjoyable activities.

However, leadership and governance required improvement. Frequent changes in management had disrupted oversight, and systems for assessing mental capacity and staff training needed further work. Inspectors noted these shortfalls had not affected the quality of care being delivered day to day.
