Victoria Manor

Victoria Manor accommodates up to 30 people across two floors, providing personal care including for those living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 26 people were residing at the home with a registered manager in post. The service provides accommodation and personal care as a single package.

Inspectors found the service continued to be good in four of the key questions, though some improvements were identified relating to safety. The provider had recognised a decline in some standards following the previous inspection and had taken action to ensure continuous improvement at the home.
