Cherrywood House

Cherrywood House provides care and support to people with a learning disability and autistic people, in a main house and separate self-contained annexes. The CQC rated the service Good overall, finding improvements since the previous inspection, with the home now clean and well maintained.

Inspectors found people were supported to make choices, maintain independence and access communal or private space as they preferred. Staffing levels and skills were considered appropriate, with good training and supervision in place. Relatives and professionals spoke warmly of staff, describing kind, attentive care and positive outcomes for people living there.
