Victoria Care Centre

Victoria Care Centre is a purpose-built nursing home providing accommodation and nursing care for up to 115 people, including older people, those living with dementia, and people with head or brain injuries. The CQC rated the home Good overall, finding that people were kept safe by an experienced staff team who understood and managed risks well, and that the provider worked effectively with health professionals.

Inspectors found people were treated kindly, involved in decisions about their care, and supported to make their own choices. Staff felt supported by management, and a range of social activities were available. People and relatives described feeling safe, well cared for, and treated as individuals.
